1. Return Eligibility

  • Perishable Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy, Fresh Products):

    • Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if the product is spoiled, damaged, or of poor quality.

    • Once accepted at delivery, no return requests will be entertained.

  • Packaged & Non-Perishable Items:

    • Items such as pulses, rice, snacks, oils, and packaged groceries can be returned if:

      • They are damaged, defective, or expired.

      • You received the wrong product.

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


2. Return Process

  • For returns, you must contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide order details, reason for return, and (if possible) a photo of the product.

  • Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement or pickup (if applicable).


3. Refund Policy

  • Eligible Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued if the returned product is verified as defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the product amount.

  • Refund Timeline:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    • In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or via bank transfer (as per your choice).


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Freshly prepared or perishable items after delivery acceptance.

  • Items purchased during special promotions or marked as non-returnable.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
